Product Designer. Born in 1982 in Aichi Prefecture. Started making things from a small age, being influenced by his grandfather who was an antique collector. Graduated in 2006 from Tama Art University with a degree in product design. Set up PRODUCT DESIGN CENTER in 2012. Has designed a wide range of things from soy sauce containers to train carriages. In recent years, has designed the "Series 20000" and "Series 12000" carriages of Sagami Railway, and has been creative director for Isetan Mitsukoshi's CLOTHING brand and Takagi's DYK brand. Undertook the conceptual design for Canon's PIXUS TS9030. Has designed the glass speaker Exponential, the installation AGC Emergence of Form in Italy, a space for a European fashion brand, ceramics for pottery producers in Japan, and craftwork for artisans in Bhutan. His works have been shown at the 2014 Biennale Internationale Design Saint-Etienne in France, and at the "HUBLOT DESIGN PRIZE 2016" in Switzerland. Solo exhibitions include "LINE by Keita Suzuki" at the Yanagi Sori Design Memorial and "60 Sounds, 60's Spirits" at the Fritz Hansen store in Aoyama, Tokyo.
