Yuima Nakazato

After becoming the youngest Japanese student ever to graduate from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts Antwerp in Belgium, he won awards for two consecutive years at International Talent Support (ITS), Europe's largest fashion contest for young talent. In 2009, he established his own fashion label YUIMA NAKAZATO. In July 2016, he became the second Japanese designer in history and the first in 12 years since Hanae Mori to be selected as an official guest designer for the Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week, where he presented his first Paris Couture collection. He continues to present collections in Paris, proposing creation processes that merge technology with craftsmanship.
