Artist（THE EUGENE Studio）
THE EUGENE Studio is an art studio in Japan. His works include "89 Plus" at Serpentine Gallery, London (2014), private exhibition "THE EUGENE Studio ½ Century Later" at The Shiseido Gallery, Tokyo (2017), "Phantosia" at The National Art Center, Tokyo, a collaborative exhibition with ASSEMBLE, a British group of architects, commemorating 100 year anniversary of The Shiseido Gallery, "AOMORI EARTH2019: AGROTOPIA" at Aomori Museum of Art, and a book written jointly with an American SF author, Ken Liu. He was previously invited to participate in researches in the fields of AI, urban designs, and biotechnology. He featured in "Age of Art x Technology" (2017) by Daisuke Miyatsu, Kobunsha, with Team Lab as one of the four leading artists of Japan. The founder Eugene Kangawa was born in 1989.
