AXIS Magazine Editor in Chief
Graduated from the Arabian language department at Osaka University of Foreign Studies. Editor-in-chief of the design magazine "AXIS" since 1998. Since its launch in 1981, AXIS has been a bilingual magazine. Looking at things from the perspective of design, it gives interpretation for and transmits information on social phenomena and all kinds of genres including products, architecture, cities, interior design, graphics, fashion, multimedia and even engineering and medicine. AXIS Inc. is a company headquartered in the AXIS Building in Roppongi. Aiming to help create "a society where design matters", the company provides design solutions to companies and organizations and also operates art galleries and shops.
