What is the Roppongi Future Talks?

The “Roppongi Future Talks” is a web magazine which Tokyo Midtown launched on June 6, 2012, linking up with Roppongi's design and art museums and galleries as well as local people to discover and highlight new value for Roppongi throughout the entire district.

A creative city known to the world where the many brilliant minds gather.
This is the new value for Roppongi which we want to create.
This is why we focus on the creators across diverse fields.

Based on the concept of “the future as seen by creators,” we look at the world from many viewpoints, including not just design and art, but also the district, entertainment, and sports. This gives us hints to think about the future just around the corner.

From Roppongi, a nightlife district, to Roppongi, a creative district.

Creating a platform to come together, listening to the diverse concepts and ideas we need to build the new Roppongi.

Based on this passion, the “Roppongi Future Talks” web magazine will bring together perspectives which shape the future.
